Ignored it? So you mean there was no initiative to change things? To fix
things? I seem to remember posts here about an initiative he pushed that was
blocked...by Democrats. But the point is, I don't think he ignored it and I
do think it was he rejected anyone's advice. And I never said he wasn't
responsible, I said (again and again) that he wasn't SOLELY responsible.
