You want to talk about the worst things our government does? In my mind? eminent domain. repossessing land for taxes (land should not be taxed, in my mind. services and land use should be taxed) withholding mineral rights or water or other rights from land owners
I don't think the gov should be ABLE to do the above things. those are my beefs. the rest are actions by our government we elected. and therefore we get what we asked for. I don't like a lot of it, but none of it is permanent, and can be changed in the next election, usually.
