No sense in sugar coating it.....it's religion. Instead of being instructed from a young age that sex is natural and healthy if you are responsible about it....we are taught that it's wrong and dirty and secretive and blah blah blah.
Why would we teach that? It's not human nature. By nature, we are animals, and animals...love sex. I blame the centuries old aversion to sex by organized religions, and in particular, Catholicism. I'm probably opening myself up for religo attacks here, but 16 years of Catholic schooling made it quite obvious that they are very good at teaching science and math and history, but the entire faith is completely backwards when it comes to human sexuality. Just my opinion...but there ya go.
