I bought a summer place on a lake in CT.

With no forethought. It came on the market for 65K. The last 4
trailers in the park (and most since then) were going for 120K-140K.

So I bought it.

(My parents have had a camper in the same campground for about 18 years.)

My grill is literally insured for more than my car or my trailer. =)

Land came with the trailer (a 1986 bottom of the line model with lots
of custom woodwork by the previous owner.)
