I bought a summer place on a lake in CT. With no forethought. It came on the market for 65K. The last 4 trailers in the park (and most since then) were going for 120K-140K.
So I bought it. (My parents have had a camper in the same campground for about 18 years.) My grill is literally insured for more than my car or my trailer. =) Land came with the trailer (a 1986 bottom of the line model with lots of custom woodwork by the previous owner.) http://picasaweb.google.com/jmiloj/NewTrailerNov2007# http://picasaweb.google.com/jmiloj/TheViewFromMyDesk#5246325064256499746 On Tue, Oct 14, 2008 at 4:16 PM, Loathe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Why'd you choose a trailer? > > Jerry Johnson wrote: >> ....check the direction of the wind when grilling 3 pounds of hot >> peppers on the grill. >> >> I can guarantee there are no insects in my trailer any more. >> >> =) >> >> Now, for the grilled shrimp >> >> > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:274334 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
