It's only open 6 months, and I still have an apartment in Boston, but am here full time while it is open.
This one will be paid off in 3 years. In that time, I will have built a small house nearby for year-round living. I am also thinking about getting a similar setup down in Florida, as a place to stay for the worst parts of the winter.
