::sigh:: well, again, just to deal with the New Mexico stuff, the
13-yo was one isolated case and we don't even know if ACORN was
involved. The local sherriff is a republican hack that George Bush
campaigns for personally.

The 3,000 supposedly bogus registrations were flagged as unverifiable,
and probably included quite a few homeless people. These allegations
were investigated out the wazoo. US Attorney David Iglesias was fired
for refusing to bring criminal charges about this and for not rushing
another unrelated case to court before the election. Alberto Gonzales
eventually lost his job in part because of Iglesias' firing. So um
yeah it was all very investigated, to the point of Congressional
hearings for crying out loud. And nobody found that ACORN did anything
wrong in all that investigation.

I suspect that the pattern holds in the other states where there are
"allegations." I notice that only actual finding of wrong-doing
involves two individuals in Denver who had already been fired.

So as I said to Robert, call me when there's more than wild-eyed
lunatic blogs as evidence.
