So, Monks school is partially funded by donations (along with the alaska
jewish cultural center and the jewish lubavitch center) from this big jewish
gala they have once a year. The school has asked us to solicit donations of
things for the silent auction. So I called my friend Holly -she's an
artist - and I asked her what she had for sale. She of course said I could
have whatever I wanted and I said I wanted to pay and we argued and and
we've ended up with this AWESOME idea:

We are going to donate a jewelery making dinner party for up to five people.
We will supply everything needed to create bead and wire jewelery and fused
glass jewelery plus dinner and wine and they will get to take home the
jewelery they create and a 6 pc. beading kit with the pliers etc needed to
continue making stuff at home. I'm going to donate supplies - beading kits,
wire, beads, glass for fusing, dinner. Holly is going to instruct and the
International Gallery of Art (home to holly's studio) is going to donate
their space for the party (isn't that NEAT??).

So I'm trying to write what i need to for the donation form. I need an
"Item/Service Name" - like a title - maybe "Jewelry Making Dinner Party for
Five At International Gallery of Art"? Or something clever-er????

And I need to describe the party for the certificate - and I am a good
technical writer but not so good at marketing. Can someone help me a
little?

And how much would you "value" the party at - Holly and I estimate 175$ for
supplies and food and I want to add wine. How much would the package be
worth if we sold it?
