I like the last war the best, but really, the answer to all three is
edumacation.

I suspect that Robert would be willing to go into debt if it was a war
he believed in, but I wonder how we'd pay for it without paying for
it...

LOL.  I am a nutter!  (we were fine without income tax for years, so
I'm just playing a bit, but sorta serious too)
