The largest leadership gap the World has seen since the 1800s is sitting on the table. They can pay cash for it, we'd have to do it on leverage - theirs. But that's fine if we do it to recreate - and thus control - the new world economic engine. It's the most critical national security issue America has ever faced IMO.
