Absolutely, as long as they are legally entitled to it, I think everything
should be done to ensure that every one's vote gets counted.

Before we moved to WV I had missed voting 3 times (all fire budget
elections).  That has dipped a bit here as where I lived in NJ we got sample
ballots for every vote and that served as a reminder to me.  I am still
trying to find a reliable way to get the information on the votes that take
place here on the non-standard election days.  We had a vote about gaming
tables at local race track in the middle of May I think it was.  Who votes
on stuff in May?

And to be honest, missing voting on those days falls squarely on my
shoulders.  The information is out there, just not as easy to get as when I
was in NJ and it got mailed to me.
