Absolutely, as long as they are legally entitled to it, I think everything should be done to ensure that every one's vote gets counted.
Before we moved to WV I had missed voting 3 times (all fire budget elections). That has dipped a bit here as where I lived in NJ we got sample ballots for every vote and that served as a reminder to me. I am still trying to find a reliable way to get the information on the votes that take place here on the non-standard election days. We had a vote about gaming tables at local race track in the middle of May I think it was. Who votes on stuff in May? And to be honest, missing voting on those days falls squarely on my shoulders.
