well ok suppose you start missing credit card payments, which leads to late fees. You find it necessary to pay the late fees (bad spending). Root cause would be further spending to reduce the balance and get the monimum payment down. Or, you could continue to pay your dredit cards 30 days late and pay a late fee every time. Probably a bad anaogy, but it has the flavor I am looking for.
