she is doing something "administrative." There may be appeals in process for all we know. She does appear to have a case for asylum, at least on the face of it.
And she seems to have been minding her own business outside of sending her nephew $5 here and there. Granted that unless she has become a resident alien this is illegal, it is hardly a supertanker and may actually be a legitimate error on her part. How are her reading skills? I repeat -- the laws on privacy are very different when you voluntarily make yourself a public figure. Obama may have talked to Joe first but how many talk shows has he appeared on since?
