I hear ya - I really do... and we'll have to agree to disagree :) Because I do believe you can walk a line, integrity intact, and be private with some things and public with others. Luckily, it's been a long time since I've had an issues with my beliefs versus work, but I'll tell you this now, just because I choose to keep a few things private, doesn't mean I don't stand up for what I do believe in.
I'm no pansy. I know who I am and I'm extremely comfortable in my shoes. Somehow, standing up for *I* believe the classy thing to do in some business situations is, has labeled me a coward somehow (reading between the lines) .... but whatever. I guess I've not got the balls enough to tell ya'll my religious beliefs and my presidential selection. So be it. :) I y'ams what I y'am.
