3. huh? Bush could of released his own OFFICIAL videos on youtube, using whatever method needed to be used to enforce the "official" source of the video. For the record, YouTube is very diligent about taking videos down that violate their policies. I'm sure youtube could work with the obama team to help ensure the "official-ness" of a message.
