I said: it's great to want to help folk n all but we need to worry
about America first, not Iraqis.

He said: that point is moot.

I said: it's not, because we need to continue to apply that principle
- America First - as to HOW we move forward.

In other words, our military policy should be America First and every
decision should be viewed by How-does-this-help-America.

So to the extent that any question about Iraq contains anything about
helping Iraqis, I would say that's not America First and thus not a
tactic, strategy, or policy we should be pursuing.
