There's actually a book called The Annals of the S.W.R. Jones family that is an interesting combination of anecdotes and genealogy and the family has a corporation to take care of the the Nook and help take care of the cemetery and what not. You can see the bylaws here: http://www.swrjones.org/
Personally, I find the corporation and yahoo group and cemetery to be equal parts fascinating and creepy. But it seems to make certain parts of the family very happy, so I figure it doesn't hurt anyone.
