Sheesh, I don't think calling the MN State Supreme Court gullible fools is going to win you any friends there. On the other hand your opinion probably doesn't matter much to them. I'll also point out that our Governor, whom I voted for twice and who is a close neighbor and who would've won McCain the election, fully supports the work of the State Canvassing board. These are smart fair people doing a very tough job in a very fair way. If they weren't, Coleman's campaign would be whining more than a neo-con.
