Could you explain this? It seems neither common, nor to make sense.

So the last 30 years of growing momentum for the global warming argument has
been a conspiracy implemented to financially benefit Al Gore and James
Hanson? All those scientists and ecologist have been cooking the scientific
books in an effort to line the pockets of these two? And even mother nature
is in on it, causing extreme weather fluctuations just to cause a scare that
would generate revenue for tree huggers? That's quite a coup. Seems
completely logical as well.

I didn't say that either. We don't know what effect we as humans have
on the climate. We do know that polluting the air is not good, but CO2
we don't know if that changes anything. Common sense tells us to
change as little as possible. But that doesn't mean move into caves
and walk south for the winters. Al Gore jets around the world and
tells people to ride bicycles. There's a smart way to change and a
draconian way. You seem to support the latter.

James Hanson, he's already made hundreds of millions. Al Gore, the
same. There are billions being made in the carbon offset business.
Then there's all the buildings getting converted to Green buildings.
Light bulbs, it's endless.
