They don't tend to spin when you need them the most, during the hot days.

So now the problem is solved? All these things work but Bush banned
them and now Obama will allow them? I'm saying we've had solar, wind
and electric for a long time and it's not so popular. You seem to
think suddenly it solves all our problems.
