This is logically inconsistent with another mantra of yours: only the
rich pay taxes.

See that's the problem with tax cuts, you only put money into the
hands of people who won't spend it.

It's the same problem with cutting the fed funds rate: even at 0% if
no banks are willing to lend, or no borrowers willing to borrow, it
doesn't do shit.

So tax cuts won't solve this problem.

I can tell you as a top bracket tax payer that if I get my taxes cut I
won't spend it, I'll save it.
