The bottom line is that we need to get money into the hands of people
that will spend it and that means people below $50k/yr for a family of
4.

Typically those people are paying little to no taxes.

Thus if we follow Sam's advice and cut their taxes they'll get an
extra few hundred dollars and then become non-tax payers.

According to Sam, at that point they no longer deserve anything.

So what happens?  They have no money, they spend no money.

The places where they spend money lay them off.

Unemployment soars.

Hey ... wait a minute!  That EXACTLY what's happening now!
