I just hope this is not coming from somebody who *strongly* touted that a few decades of temperature data is not enough to indicate a rising trend but that one year of lower temperates is sufficient to call for a lower trend. It also seems to overlook the inconvenient fact of global 'warming' that it results in more *extreme* weather, including extremes of cold. But everybody knows that the common layman's definition words must form the basis of science don't we.
