Oh, also they don't believe in accountability for anything. You see none of this is Bush's fault because he appoints people to take care of this. And it's not their fault because they hire people to take care of it. And it's not their fault because they can't be expected to know what's going on. So to sum it up, neo-cons believe: (1.) Don't use facts to make decisions - feel it in ur gut! That's God talking. (2.) Don't manage risk - God will take care of everything. (3.) Failure isn't anybody's fault, things just happen and we can't be expected to mange any of it.
