Stop with your propaganda. These figures include FICA withholding. Democrats have been saying for decades that FICA withholding is NOT a tax because you get it back later. So which is it? Democrats want to turn Social Security and Medicare into massive transfer of wealth programs by excluding a huge chunk of low income wage earners from paying FICA withholding. They will never admit that this is their goal, they instead call it a "tax credit", even though people who pay no actual income taxes will be able, in effect, to get back their FICA withholding.
