Yes, Oregon does have uncontested divorces although I believe that it changes some after you've been married 10 years. We'll probably get it done this year but dang, spending money on this sort of thing just seems annoying and unneccesary. It shouldn't cost any more than the marriage license did, in my opinion. And thankfully there is no problem with the emotional well being of the people involved. But it is time to get it done, I'm just lazy :)
