Someone asked me an economics question earlier today, I'm wondering what everyone thinks about the question. Here it is:
If the US strategy is to stimulate the economy by printing money, why do we not just print enough money to pay down the national debt to zero and reset the debt calculations? I am not enough of a student of economics to do more than speculate, and even that would be an uneducated guess.
