I believe you're right Michael.  (All others have excellent points too.)
 Personally, in light of our economy, I think this company is likely to go
bankrupt in the coming months.  If they do rebound, they might value my
service if I was one of those that stuck with them.  At this point, I don't
depend on them for income -- my current employer, which is soon to become
largest client (he's having financial troubles too), is my base for building
out my business.
