I'm not sure if you mean that the UK and Canada have long lines and crappy care of if you mean the US would if they adopt this type of system. If it's the former you're just plain wrong. For certain procedures you may have to wait, but for most things it's immediate, whether to see your doctor or through the urgent care system. The quality of care is excellent. The fundamental idea in both countries is that no one should be refused healthcare for any reason.
