I think we agree overall, but what scares me is the word "healthcare" in your sentence. What does that mean? What standard? And if given choices who decides? And how does our decision affect our research and development infrastructure? (We don't agree on that last point, btw) And as I said, if you went to the doctor 30 years ago "healthcare" had fewer options than it does now; both material and financial. For example, I test my cholesterol most weeks with a home test kit I bought through my HSA. That's damn good preventative care. 20 years ago that kit didn't exist, nor did my HSA to buy it with. So I agree we need to provide everyone in the nation with some ***core healthcare eligibility and benefits*** but the asterisked part of the sentence is key! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:288785 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
