England's flag is the red cross of St George, the patron saint of England. Muslims (people, groups, governments, whatever) got their panties in a twist because they feel its connected to the Crusade and is an insult to Islam. Various parts of the English government, wanting to bend over backwards to make Muslims (people, groups, governments, whatever) happy, have banned the flag in a number of ways. You can even be arrested for showing it. But are the Muslims (people, groups, governments, whatever) doing the same for their own flags to appease non-Muslims? No chance.
