I said "Various parts of the English government...have banned the flag in a number of ways". It's not just one cop in a single linked site. Look it up and you'll see what's been removed. Piggy banks, hot cross buns, crosses, etc. The flag is not illegal (by law) but displaying it may be grounds for punishment of one form or another based on where you are in England.
