EMR's are a tough gig, you'd need a lot of money to do one well. I don't actually interface with EMR's much, the stuff I do is on the practice management side of things. Scheduling, revenue management, communications, that sort of thing. One of the nice parts of that is that the PM space is much much larger than the EMR space as most every practice needs a PM but not all practices yet need an EMR.
I'll have to take a ook at Vision Tree though, sounds cool.
