Comcast is the worst service company I have ever dealt with period.

The minute I have a better option than them I will take it.  They are
so bad that I'm this close -> || <- to taking a downgrade in service
just so I don't have to pay them anymore.

They are so bad that it's not just frustrating, it's personal.

Their service is a personal insult.
