Since we're comparing vehicles ... I have a 1991 Ford Explorer. Bought it with 110,000 miles in 2003. Put a new crate engine from Ford in it in 2004 and replaced most of the major components (alternator, switched the AC over, tires, brakes, etc). It currently has 129,000+ on it.
19,000+ miles in 6 years. Yeah, sure could use a transmission servicing - but she does the trick for drives around town. And she pulls the utility trailer just fine. I shudder at the thought of a car payment, so unless she completely drops dead, she'll be around a while longer. Sorry car companies --- I wont be helping your sales figures. :) On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 1:03 PM, Jacob <[email protected]> wrote: > > I have had the following cars: > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:291105 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
