Ya I was just pointing out that I doubt any junk food manufacturers are going to make any changes. It's a good concept in that it's trying to target people who can't/don't control their intake and will later become a stress on the medical system. Here's the problem though, what about the marathon runner or athlete that has a high calorie diet yet is in tip top shape? Perhaps a tax based on body mass index?
