It also occurred to me since my last email that if there was some sort
of "tax index" for foods based on calories and how fatty they are,
this number could also be of value to people who are trying to eat
healthier.  I'm sure there are a number of diets out there who already
calculate something like this for foods.  This may be part of how
Weight Watchers assigns points to foods for example.

Effectively though, in addition to being a way to tax all food in a
consistent manner, it would be a great "one go-to metric" for people
to use without having to read labels.

I'm sure there are a number of flaws that could be uncovered, but not
bad on the surface.
