I guess if the terrorists you are trying to find has filled in "Muslim" under religion on the national census or is wearing a "ask me about being Muslim" name tag then you're golden. Otherwise it's useless. If what you mean is middle eastern, then you have a criteria that would at least be useful in a profile.
