Well that's the whole lost half of anti-trust.

The half we still have is monopoly protection, the half we've lost is
risk protection: the government is supposed to ensure that no company
gets so large that the failure of it would have an adverse effect on
the economy - even regionally.

I totally agree with his analysis and my hope is that Obama has been
tossing money at the banks as a stall for receivership,  but if not
...
