Then I wouldn't trust them. Anyone that doesn't shake hands with me firmly
and look me in the eye, is definitely shifty in my book. I do know there are
exceptions to that rule, and those exceptions usually come out in the bath
water.

Sometimes a first shake might be wimpy - but it's a guy thinking a woman
cant have a firm handshake. The second time around the good ones get it and
actually "shake" my hand. I give bonus points to them. But looking someone
in the eye is always important.

Of course Id need to see the rest of their body language. Sometimes people
are very shy or introverted. Or he could be embarrassed about something
between him and your boss. Perhaps he is screwing the guys wife? OR did the
guy wrong somewhere?

Is he a salesman? a client? vendor?
