Cut their balls off, and the sexual urge that is satisfied by the
abuse goes away.  There might be a few real weirdos like Dalmer that
would still commit acts of violence, but castration stops most sexual
assault by removing both the desire and the weapon.

Execution or hanging would certainly stop them.  I haven't seen anyone
coming back from the dead to abuse another child
