I've got three sometimes four systems on my network, so it's easier for me
to have a single source for storage

Sounds like a lot of money for no real reason. I just use USB and turn the
drive on when needed. 11 times the size with 1/3 of the cost. But then
again, I'm not sharing the drive with anyone else on my home network.
