Just sit back and think of all the legislation Bush and the
Republicans tried to pass for a decade to over rule that dictator.  I
mean it's almost zero, but it's not quite that much.

And of course we can't forget how strongly Wall Street lobbied against
that craziness ...

I guess Bear, Lehman, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and all the other
investment banks and hedge funds tried to show us just how crazy Ole
Barney was by borrowing 35x the value of their companies and buying
those sub-prime derivatives huh?

And then the banks ... I mean they came up with Ninja and no-doc loans
and then paid ridiculous origination fees to brokers.

And then AIG ... I mean Ole Barney never even told them to jump but
they sure did anyway.  They even insured Europeans and Asians ... PLUS
they started their own hedge fund ...

... all this cause of ole Barney ...
