If by "history" you mean something Sam likes I'm sure it's spot on! You know his record for unvarnished facts. I mean it's not like this whole incident was on video ... oh well I guess it was ... You see Robert, I'm not sure how many crises you've been in, but I'm in one about once every 2 months ... course they're operations in nature. You've got a few types of people when the crisis hits: 1.) Panicers. They're the noisy ones who define the worst case scenario, but don't offer any solutions. 2.) Zombies. They just kind of stare but can be directed. 3.) Icicles. They seem frozen, but if you look close there's movement. They're asking, "what should we do?" 4.) Ghosts. They simply disappear. You never see them again. 5.) Leaders. They're the ones saying, "what's the situation? What do we got here?" All you have to do is watch the video. Anyone who stares for a *minimum* of 7 minutes is a zombie. The reason is simple: there's nothing to consider since there's no information. A panicers woulda hopped up and freaked out everyone, an icicle woulda asked for someone (at least), a ghost woulda left, and a leader would of initiated info gathering. We know that didn't take place for 18 minutes. He was a zombie. And, of course, then there are the facts prior to his visit: * Like the fact that he'd just returned from a month long vacation. * Like the fact that according to George Tenet the CIA was "running around with their hair on fire all summer" about Bin Laden but Bush never requested information on it once and ignored it. * Like the fact that the Sept 4th national security meeting never discussed Bin Laden despite the most provocatively titled Presidential Daily Brief of his presidency at the end of August: "Bin Laden determined to attack inside the U.S." Dude was an ignorant zombie. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:292631 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
