I'm completely leery.

One of my beefs for years has been the disintegration of the media
into partisan groups.

Why the feck do we need a pro-administration media source? The
Whitehouse has a press office.

The number one job of the Washington media is investigative journalism
of anything the President says.

That doesn't mean the Fox News bullshit which is just devolved slander
and made up controversies like 99% of the excretum Robert posts, it
means **investigating** for veracity the facts the Whitehouse gives
and offering alternative analysis.

There's a place for commentary, but not from the Whitehouse Press corps.

About the only people that do that anymore are HuffPo, Drudge, and
Stewart/Colbert. And unfortunately Drudge is 90% crap and only 10%
investigation. But at least he's 10%.

And people wonder why newspapers are dying.
