I like the glass treatment thing, that's a good idea, but it should be optional, not mandated by government. As for car colors, does that mean I have to switch from my dark blue Escape to a baby blue Escape? I'm really going to look cool cruising the beach in that. I wonder if I will be able to get a new Escape in dark blue if I buy the hybrid? What about people who bring in cars from out of state? This thing has boondoggle written all over it.
