Just because some introduces a ridiculous bill doesn't mean it will
ever be law.  Write your rep, and tell them to toss this piece of crap
in the trash, where it belongs.  Enforcement costs alone would make
this a no-go.  Cops gonna stop and ticket every dark colored car on
the road, or cruise dealerships to make sure they aren't selling them.
 We need to track down whomever is behind this and send them to the
moron farm.
