Good for Holder for doing the right thing. Stevens is an old guy, and he
might have gotten some jail time, but what's the point now?

More generally, if the government can't prosecute a high profile criminal
case without gross misconduct, how are they going to set industrial policy
and run companies like GM? This is the question that keeps me up at night
worrying about what our economy is going to look like in 2-3 years.
