I don't think it's a matter of N.Korea having a ton of buddies as much as the US having lots of enemies. Do I think it's good idea for N.Korea to have nukes? Of course not. Do I think they would use them if they had them? Nope. Do I think it's a good idea for there to be some balance in the world? Yesh.
