BOA is worse than Chase. They'll raise your APR to 21% if you are 15 minutes late paying. They count the due date from midnite of the day before instead of midnite of the actual due date also. My former housemate transferred 40K to his BOA card at a low rate, and the next month they raised his APR with no reason and no warning. So be very careful.
