Nothing makes the Patriot Act look benign.

That being said, I sure hope that everyone comes out against the bill,
it is attrocious if the reporting is correct. Rockefeller is no friend
of personal liberty, so I wouldn't be surprised if he came up with
this one himself without a request from the Whitehouse. I don't know
what Snowe's record in that area is. I hope this dies a quick and easy
death.
